I’ve been here almost 3 years just signed my lease like a few weeks ago. Management is always reliable when needed. I did a nine month lease and they were able to work with me since I’ve been a loyal resident for almost 3 years and they were able to get me some good deals so I’m very grateful for that. Pool and maintenance is always kept up and clean. I love going to the lobby and get my fresh brew Starbucks coffee and love the ice machine!! Grateful I’m here !!

I have lived at Kalon for about a year and have had a great experience. I moved from another apartment complex where I had a horrible experience, so moving here was refreshing! Danica at the front office has been extremely responsive to any issues we have had and has always treated me super well! Additionally, I was surprised at how good their renewal rates for renting another year were. The grounds are kept clean and I only hear my upstairs neighbors here and there. I would recommend checking these apartments out.

I have been so incredibly impressed with Kalon thus far. Kevin, Danica, and Alex have went above and beyond to give the most excellent service possible! Kevin gave us a tour with no pressure to apply and informed us of all the fees involved when living at Kalon. On the day of moving in, a resident accidentally parked in my shaded parking spot; I called Kevin to let him know and within MINUTES, he was out placing a note on the person’s vehicle. Needless to say, I was able to park in my shaded parking spot a few hours later thanks to Kevin’s efficiency! Danica and Alex answer my phone calls on the first ring, professionally answer all my questions (and I have plenty of them), greet me immediately when I walk into the leasing office, explain how things work well enough for me to understand, and go above to be helpful and make things easy. I appreciate the security that Kalon provides, the CLEANLINESS of the complex, and convenience of the area it’s located. The price I pay here is surely well worth it!

Our dryer stopped working and we called the office to have someone come out and fix it. One of the maintenance technicians Tyler came out in about an hour, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it the next day. Everyone at Kalon is friendly and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. AAAA++++++

I recently moved into Kalon Luxury Apartments and I am absolutely blown away by the level of service provided by the staff! Alex, Danica, Tyler, and Armando have all gone above and beyond to make sure that my living experience is exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they have been incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns that I have had. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring that things are maintained and up-to-date has been truly impressive. Furthermore, they have all been extremely helpful in assisting me with any requests or issues that have arisen. Whether it's a maintenance request or a simple question about the community, they always handle it with a sense of urgency and a smile on their faces.

We have only been here for a few weeks but we really like it. Everyone on the Kalon Apartments team is very helpful, Alex and Danika are always friendly and quick to respond when we ask for help. Our room needed minor maintenance, and Tyler took care of it right away (changing the filter in the fridge and replacing the light). We hope they know how much we appreciate their help!

This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept, peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a resort/5-Star Hotel. The office staff is extremely accommodating, professional It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, and schools. It offers amenities that most communities do not. I moved here from Texas for work. The community was going through a management change in the admits of me moving from state to state. The transition was smooth as well as the communication. Alex and Danica are so professional and well verse on the property. Always so helpful and friendly. Tyler and Armando are very prompt when it comes to taking care of maintenance requests. The grounds are so well maintained. They are also very professional, and nice. The community has a “5-Star Hotel” feel in my book. Thank you for making a huge move as easy as ya'll did. Thank you for making our home feel as wonderful as you do. Ya'll are truly the best in the business.

I didn't end up renting here but out of all the apartment tours I took, my tour with Kevin was the best by far. Professional, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to talk to. Whatever that man gets paid it should be double. The apartments do look phenomenal though with the amenities, smart door locks/fridge/thermostat, etc. If only I could afford them. Maybe next year.

Just had an entire conversation with my neighbor about what to have for breakfast and what furniture store is having a good sale today. The water smells like sulfer, but the people are nice, the tub is super deep, I feel safe, and it's in a great location, so other than a couple of small things, it's been a great experience!

I had a very good experience today, I was shown a 2 bed 2 bath, and a 1 bed 2 bath I believe by Brittany, She was fantastic in every way, she lead the way amazingly answered all my questions in a friendly and enjoyable manner, as well letting me know everything I had questions about with reasonable and understandable answers. I have lived here since May and I absolutely love it! The apartments are modern, spacious and I love that they have built in wifi and Samsung appliances. I feel safe in my apartment and love having an elevator!The office team, Armando and Austin respond quickly when you need anything! In my opinion they go above and beyond . The maintenance team, Dewet and Joana are so helpful, professional and friendly and always go out of their way to do a good job . Brianda does such a super job of keeping our building clean and smelling nice. She is conscientious and pleasant with always a nice word to say for everyone! I appreciate all these people and they definitely are a big part of the reason I love living here!

What an amazing place to live! I Waited since Feb for our apartment finally all settled in and love it ! The amenities is awesome along with the staff. They are always there to answer questions and walk you through any concerns you might have. Christian was the one who gave me my tour in Feb he was super friendly! When move in time came we dealt with Austin what an amazing leasing consultant friendly and was ready to take on any questions you may have. I love the appliances the layout and the ability to walk across the street and shop it’s awesome. I would like to give a big thank you to Austin, Christian and Armando. This is my first apartment and they were able to keep me at ease especially since I had no idea what was going on but I was able to put my trust in them and they didn’t let me down !

After a terrible experience at my previous apartment community, this place is like a breath of fresh air. Pros: clean, well maintained, modern designs in amenities and units, actual nice appliances, office staff is friendly and approachable, & so far the people I’ve come across are mature, respectful of others, and simply warm & welcoming Con: I can’t really find a con about the complex itself. I will say since management switched over about 1 year ago, things have been different but I wouldn’t say it’s any worse. There are simply different rules and procedures for things. I still enjoy living here and would recommend it to my closest friends.
