This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept, peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a resort/5-Star Hotel. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and schools. It offers amenities that most communities do not. The leasing team is extremely professional. Danica, Kaden, Tiya honestly are the utmost of 5-star service. Each of them plays a huge role in professionalism, residents’ safety, and most of all treats each of us with care and ease. The quick response to our requests and concerns are always addressed in a timely manner. This team should be role models for all luxury apartment living in the valley. The Maintenance team Tyler and Armando most definitely keep up the ground and keep each of us residence up to code and safe, with the timely attention to maintenance requests, keeping the grounds looking 5 star and most of all their passion for the work they do shows each and every day. These two are the oil that keeps the wheels greased and looking like a 5-star resort. Thank you! After moving here from out of state about a year ago, I was so lucky to find such a wonderful and safe community here in the North Phoenix Valley. Each day I drive in the gates of the community after a long day of working. I feel safe, secure, and most of all a place that I can call home. Thank you to the Kalon team for all you do and making our living experience 5 Star.

Alex and Danica truly go above and beyond! My wife, baby and I loved our experience at Kalon and are appreciative of managements assistance and during and after our stay. Thank you both so very much for everything.

I didn't end up renting here but out of all the apartment tours I took, my tour with Kevin was the best by far. Professional, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to talk to. Whatever that man gets paid it should be double. The apartments do look phenomenal though with the amenities, smart door locks/fridge/thermostat, etc. If only I could afford them. Maybe next year.

Danica has been amazing with everything we've needed. She was prompt, informative, and very kind. This has been the smoothest move we've ever had and we are enormously grateful! We're looking forward to spending our time here.

Just had an entire conversation with my neighbor about what to have for breakfast and what furniture store is having a good sale today. The water smells like sulfer, but the people are nice, the tub is super deep, I feel safe, and it's in a great location, so other than a couple of small things, it's been a great experience!

I had a very good experience today, I was shown a 2 bed 2 bath, and a 1 bed 2 bath I believe by Brittany, She was fantastic in every way, she lead the way amazingly answered all my questions in a friendly and enjoyable manner, as well letting me know everything I had questions about with reasonable and understandable answers. Gave me and my friend quite an amazing tour, definitely will be back again. Thank you Brittany, you were awesome!
