The apartment complex is well-maintained, the community is quiet, and the management team is very responsive and helpful whenever something comes up. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a great spot in north Phx.

My daughter works here and I wanted to see where she works. I honestly was amazed at how clean, refreshing and pleasant the common areas were and what emenities there are here! The animal figurines all around the lobby were cool. I know everyone works hard here to make everyone's experience nice. It's a great location too! If I were renting, I think I would be looking here first.

Came in for a tour and Vanessa was by herself. She usually doesn't do the tours as she isn't a leasing agent but she was really helpful and friendly. She was upfront about everything from pricing to the application process. If I could give her and this complex more than five stars I would. I hope I can call this place my next home 💜

The Maintenance staff have been the best I've ever dealt with. They were quick, to the point and knew what they were doing. More than that the apartments are clean and the hallways are kept in good order. All the machines work and Tyler and Armando alone are a perk of living here!

My son lives at the apartment complex. I visited recently for a while and I was absolutely blown away on how beautiful the place is. I had an opportunity to meet the maintenance guys, tyler and armondo and was really impressed buy there knowledge and drive to make the property the best it can be.

I had a tour with Jenna recently and she was amazing! She made the whole process so easy to understand and was really patient answering all my questions. She walked me through all the amenities and different floor plans, and I never felt rushed or pressured. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. The property itself is beautiful and very well kept, but what really stood out to me was Jenna’s professionalism and friendliness. She made me feel very comfortable and excited about the possibility of living here. Highly recommend scheduling a tour with her if you’re interested in Kalon Luxury Apartments!
