When I saw this complex I had to move immediately. I was still at the tail end of my lease but it didn’t matter. I was so eager to move in. I’ve been very happy with this apartment as a whole. All of the amenities are very new and useful. I love how the apartments are very modern. And the area overall is comforting with many areas to walk. And I love all of the luxuries including the trash valet. And most important, the staff is so friendly. It really feels like a family with how welcoming everyone is at all times. So different from the other places I have lived. Highly recommended.

Great place to live. The property is always clean and well maintained. Danica and Vanessa in the office are very helpful and professional, and Jenna made the move-in process easy. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend living at Kalon Luxury Apartments.

The apartment complex is well-maintained, the community is quiet, and the management team is very responsive and helpful whenever something comes up. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a great spot in north Phx.

My daughter works here and I wanted to see where she works. I honestly was amazed at how clean, refreshing and pleasant the common areas were and what emenities there are here! The animal figurines all around the lobby were cool. I know everyone works hard here to make everyone's experience nice. It's a great location too! If I were renting, I think I would be looking here first.

Came in for a tour and Vanessa was by herself. She usually doesn't do the tours as she isn't a leasing agent but she was really helpful and friendly. She was upfront about everything from pricing to the application process. If I could give her and this complex more than five stars I would. I hope I can call this place my next home 💜
