I have been living here for about a year and a half and I love the amenities this complex has to offer! The gym has quality brand workout machines and is always kept clean. I love the mini convenience stand outside the business hub, where I can purchase drinks & snacks at great pricing on the go. In the business hub they also have several desks/cubicles & rooms, for those of us who work from home. This was a great resource when I was having issues with Cox internet in my unit and needed to work elsewhere till it was resolved. One of my favorite things about this complex is how attentive & friendly the staff are to resolve problems/requests. Tyler and Armando (the maintenance team) have always taken care of maintenance requests the same day or made the genuine effort to try to resolve the same day. Danica, Tiya & Kaden (the leasing team) are always kind hearted whenever I come to the office or see them when grabbing coffee at the free Starbucks machine they have in the lobby. They are always smiling and trying their best to make the complex a quality place to live, while planning almost monthly free resident events. The grounds are kept fairly clean with frequent painting touch-ups and hallway carpet cleanings occurring. Lastly, I really appreciate the frequent reminders sent out to residents in regards to cleaning up after their own pets, kindly reminding us all to bring in our valet trash bins the next morning and this being a non-smoking community. Overall, I am grateful to have renewed my lease here!
